Next year I turn 50. Over the course of a career that has taken me through two industries, always in sales and marketing, I’ve learned what it takes to build a brand that lasts. I can tell when something rests on a solid foundation, and when it’s just a facade waiting to crumble. What we are building at Watchtower is, without a doubt, one of the most solid foundations I’ve ever seen. 

That’s why our team already knows it: Watchtower is on its way to becoming Europe’s leading brand for temporary site security. I’m simply declaring it three years earlier than the market will. 
 
But building a brand is not about flashy logos, funny videos, or social media campaigns. It’s about doing what needs to be done, day in and day out, until customers feel it. It’s about being approachable, not perfect. And it’s about never standing still once progress is made — always improving, always refining. 

Internally, we feel the change. Processes are tighter, collaboration across borders is stronger, and our customers are beginning to notice. While many companies are stuck fighting internal battles, we’re quietly working together to bring the right products to market and to put systems in place that let us meet demand without burning out our people or stressing our customers. 
 
We haven’t reached the finish line yet but the progress we’ve made is remarkable. One day, I want Watchtower to stand behind a promise as strong as “100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.” That’s the standard we’re working toward, and we’re getting closer every day.
